Voici le plat qu'il faut, direction l'ambiance froide de la Suède, avec un plat qui réchauffe : le gratin de harengs ! Ce poisson, roi des tables de Scandinavie.A servir avec une bonne bière !
Recette de gratin de harengs: Dans un plat à four, faire des couches alternées de 8 pommes de terre en fines tranches (préalablement cuites et épluchées), 2 oignons émincés et 4 filets de harengs puis recouvrir avec 3 œufs battus avec 30cl de lait, sel et poivre et enfin 2 cs d'aneth et un peu de gruyère râpé. Cuire à four chaud th7 25-35min.

Cette recette m'inspire, j'adore les harengs. A faire avec des harengs frais ou des harengs fumés, ce serait plus simple ?
